About the Bowling fundraiser:

On behalf of Special Olympics Ontario (SOO)-Oakville, I am hosting a Fundraiser for our 5pin bowling League. This event will happen on Saturday April 25, 2015 @ South Oakville Centre at Hopedale Bowl, 1515 Rebecca Oakville.

My League is split into two different teams we have 56 bowlers that bowl on Wednesday Nights and on Thursday Nights. All of the athletes have a great time bowling every Wednesday and Thursday Night. The practices run from September to the first week of May. SOO Oakville is a community based program that provides sport competition opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. Local sport clubs and school programs allow athletes to train and compete year around. Our club is made up to 112 athletes who live and work in Oakville and we have 21 coaches who give their time generously.

Hosting a Fundraiser has many costs involved. In order to meet the goal, we are asking for donations of items for our silent auction. I hope to count on you to help support my fundraiser. If you have any questions, please contact me at
